Arrest Warrants For Lake Villa Duo Leads To 4 In Custody: Sheriff

One of the four people arrested on July 18 is still being held at the Lake County Jail, according to a sheriff's office report.

LAKE VILLA, IL — Four people were arrested Thursday, July 18 at their Lake Villa home in the 1900 block of Oak Tree Trail, according to a release from the Lake County Sheriff's Office. According to the release, 51-year-old Michelle Tully was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for a reported domestic battery offense and on a failure to appear warrant for a reported no valid driver's license offense out of McHenry County. Audrey Standage, 59, was arrested on failure to appear warrant for a reported unlawful possession of a controlled substance offense. Her bond was set at $50,000 (10 percent to apply), and her court date was set for Aug. 19, according to the sheriff's office.

According to the release, Tully is facing new charges for accusations of obstructing identification and obstructing a peace officer. The sheriff's office website also lists charges of retail theft and disposing of merchandise valued at less than $300.

Donny Muff, 37, and Jesse Zoph, 23, were both arrested on accusations of obstructing a peace officer, according to the release. Both were released on $30,000 recognizance bond as their future court dates have been set, according to the release. Muff's court date has been set for Aug. 15, while Zoph's court date has been set for Aug. 19, according to the sheriff's office.

Tully remains in custody at the Lake County Jail on $40,000 bond (10 percent to apply), and her court date is set for Monday, July 29.
