Grayslake Central High School Homecoming 2012
Grayslake Central High School has a full week of Homecoming activities planned.
Grayslake Central High School is preparing for a fun-filled week of activities in celebration of Homecoming 2012. This year's theme is "Lost in Paradise."
Monday, Sept. 17:
- Pajama Day
- Grayslake Central High School students will paint downtown store windows from 3-5 p.m.
- This evening is also "Ram's Night at Emil's." The GCHS Student Council will host the fund-raising event, which offers 10 percent off sales. Students will also compete in a contest to create their own burger. The winning recipe will be served at Emil's all week.
Tuesday, Sept. 18:

- Olympic/Sports Day
- Homecoming decorating in the annex and cafeteria from 3-9 p.m.
- Tentative: Ram's Night at Bulldog's from 4-8 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 19:
- Class Colors Day
- Powder Puff football games. Freshman vs Sophomores begins at 6:15 p.m. Juniors vs Seniors starts at 7:30 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 20:

- Tropical/Island Day
- Golf cart decorating from 3-4:30 p.m.
- Laser Tag Tournament will be held from 3-9 p.m. in the Field House.
- Tentative: Volleyball Tournament from 5-8 in the Field House.
Friday, Sept. 21:
- Green and White Day
- Pep Assembly from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. in the Field House.
- Homecoming Parade in downtown Grayslake at 4 p.m.
- Sophomore Football Game at 5 p.m.
- Varsity Football Game at 7:15 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 22:
- Homecoming Dance from 7-10 p.m. in the Field House.
