Grayslake Police Blotter: Trespass, License Violations, Warrants

The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Grayslake Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

TRESPASS

Jonathan Nowosel, 34, of 3001 Green Bay Road, North Chicago, was charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle. He was stopped on June 22 on Hawley Street. He was released on a notice to appear pending a court date of July 9.

DRIVERS LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Daniel J. Brown, 61, of 263 Center Street, Grayslake, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was stopped on July 2 near Route 83 and Ziegler Drive. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of July 25. 

Francisca Martinez-Rivera, 27, of 534 E. Washington Street, Grayslake, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license and failure to wear a seatbelt.  She was stopped on June 27 near Lake and Washington Streets. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of July 25.

Ashley Gorman, 24, of 32814 N. Forest Drive, Grayslake, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license and a warrant for a traffic offense. She was stopped on June 26 near Route 83 and Lake Street. She was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of July 20.

Daniel Brown, 61, of 263 Center Street, Grayslake, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license. He was stopped on June 21 near Center Street and Atkinson Road. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of July 25.

Joaquin Ponce, 25, of 1223 Brentwood Drive, Round Lake Beach, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license. He was stopped on June 16 near Hainesville Road and Washington Street. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of July 25.

Jose A. Puerto, 42, of 655 Countryside, Mundelein, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license. He was stopped on June 15 near Fairlawn Drive and Main Street. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a court date of July 18.

Darius Wilson, 20, of 3325 Judy Lane, Park City, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked drivers license. He was stopped on June 15 near Main Street and Fairlawn Drive. He was released on $1,500 bond pending a June 25 court date.

WARRANTS

Gerardo Arias, 18, of 444 Holiday Lane, Hainesville, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant for failure to appear. He was stopped on June 22 in the 400 block of Holiday Lane, Hainesville. He was taken to the Lake County Jail.

Wilson H. Carvajal, 35, of 440 Wood Duck Court, Grayslake, was taken into custody on an in-state warrant for failure to appear. He was stopped on June 18 near Routes 83 and 137. He was taken to the Lake County Jail.
