Gunshot Killed Zion Man, 20, Found On Sunday

ROUND LAKE PARK, IL — A Zion man was found dead from a gunshot wound on Sunday morning, according to a press release from the Lake County Coroner's Office.

Around 2 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, the coroner's office was called to a Fairlawn Drive house in Round Lake Park for a death investigation.

They found Taiveyon Victorian, 20, dead. An autopsy they performed the next day found that Victorian died from a gunshot, the release says.

Toxicology results are pending, and the coroner's office and the Lake County Major Crime Task Force are investigating.

Howard Cooper, the Lake County Coroner, said they've been in contact with the family. "This is truly a tragedy," he added in the release.
