Car, Baby Formula Stolen

The thefts occurred in separate incidents.

Bathroom graffiti

Police are investigating a report of graffiti in the men’s washroom at Old Elm Park. There were three areas in the bathroom that were spray-painted.

A gray 2000 Chevrolet Malibu was taken from a driveway in the 1900 block of Richfield Avenue between 12:30 and 8:30 a.m. on July 22.

Someone stole six 12.5-ounce cans of Enfamil Infant powdered formula from a locked display case at a business in the 600 block of Elm Place July 25.

Bikes stolen

Three bicycles were stolen from the first and second story hallways of a residence in the 500 block of Vine Avenue July 25.

Residential burglary

Police are investigating a report of a residential burglary in the 2900 block of Summit Avenue between 10 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. A back door was pried open and several rooms of the residence were ransacked. Cash and an unknown quantity of jewelry were stolen.

Car scratched

A silver Scion was scratched on both sides with slight scratches. It is not known where or exactly when the damage occurred.

Van broken into

Sometime between 4 p.m. July 26 and 1 p.m. July 27 a Chevrolet Express Van was broken into. The vehicle was locked and nothing was taken from the van, but the glove box, center console, and a briefcase were all left open. The front door that was used to gain entry was also left slightly open.
