Citizen Complains, Police Make Arrest

DUI
Wayne Poll, 61, of Edison, NJ, was arrested Friday and charged with driving under the influence after police responded to a driving complaint in the 2100 block of Green Bay Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Oct. 1 in Waukegan.
Theft

Police are investigating a report of a theft Sept. 16 of a 27-inch Zenith television and a Comcast cable box which were taken from a temporary storage area where items were being kept over a two month period during a remodeling. The incident occurred at a business in the 1300 block of Park Avenue West.

Yovanhy Rojas-Martinez, 26, of Highwood was arrested Sept. 26 and charged with driving while license suspended, driving without headlights illuminated and uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped by police in the 2000 block of Deerfield Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Oct. 9 in Park City.
