City Offers Electronic Water Billing Opportunity for Residents

E-billing marks another of the city's efforts to "go green."

The City of Highland Park will begin giving residents the option to receive water bills via email, according to a press release issued by the city last week.

With E‐billing, bills will be received via email and will no longer be sent by paper copy via regular postal mail.

The E‐bill enrollment form is available on the City’s website. Based on the date of enrollment, it may take up to two billing cycles to activate E‐billing.

Enrollment in the program will not affect payment options for water bills, according to the release. Those still consist of Payment options still consist of the following: automatic payment, online payment, payment in person at City Hall or remitting a payment in the drop box across from City Hall.
