Elf Invasion Holiday Pub Crawl Returns To Highwood
Highwood's 6th annual elf-themed pub crawl will include raffles, music and drink specials during stops at local establishments.

HIGHWOOD, IL — The holiday season on the North Shore is set to kick off with a festive twist with Highwood’s annual elf-themed pub crawl.
The 6th annual Elf Invasion Pub Crawl begins at 2 p.m. on Dec. 7, as adults don their best elf attire to make a merry procession through some of the town’s most popular establishments with raffle prizes, music, food and drink specials at every stop.
Elven participants are set to gather at 28 Mile Distilling Company, 454 Sheridan Road, for on-site registration and packet pickup with an assignment to an “Elf Troupe,” organizers said.

Each group will be led by an Elf Leader as they embark on a crawl to at five local venues, including Bella Via, Highwood Bocce Club, Broken Tee Brewery, Mojo’s Vinyl Bar and more.
Early bird registration is $25 through Nov. 22, increasing to $30 thereafter. The fee includes a commemorative Elf cup, troupe identifier and five raffle tickets.

Troupes of 20 will depart every 45 minutes from 2 to 5 p.m., and space is limited. Registration is available at Celebrate Highwood’s website.
