Highland Park Actors Star as ‘Secret Garden’ Opens

“The Secret Garden" Opens

Five Highland Park Actors will play key roles in the Deerfield Community Theater production of “The Secret Garden” opening at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Caruso Middle School in Deerfield.

Performances will also take place at 1:30 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday and Nov. 16, 7:30 p.m. Nov. 15 and at 2 p.m. Sunday and Nov. 17.

Bryan Frischer will play Dr. Neville Craven, Elizabeth Mazur will be Martha, the role of Ben will be portrayed by Dick Salon, Lisa Sobelman take on the role of Rose Lennox while Lt. Shaw will be handled by Howard Peritz.

Pastel Exhibit Opens at The Art Center

Master works of pastel art, 90 altogether, will be on Display from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday through Jan. 4 at the Art Center in Highland Park. There will be a gala opening at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
