Highland Park Lights Up Saturday
The city will hold lighting ceremony in Port Clinton Square.
Highland Park holds its annual Saturday from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in .
The event includes caroling as well as refreshments from and from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., followed by a visit from Santa, who will come by fire truck along with the marching band from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
and members of the will light the plaza at 4:30 p.m.
