Disorderly conduct
Gregorio Lavariega-Velazquez, 35, of the 500 block of Chicago Avenue, Highland Park, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct – public intoxication after police responded to the area near the intersection of Central Avenue and First Street, Highland Park for a 911 hang up call. Officer’s located Lavariega-Velazquez walking down the sidewalk stumbling in the Central Business District. Lavariega-Velazquez was released on bond with a court date of March 14.

Omar Serrano-Velasco, 24, of the 100 block of South 21st Avenue, Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and improper turn after being stopped by police near the intersection of Central Avenue and Hickory Street, Highland Park. Serrano-Velasco was released on bond with a court date of March 28.
Magda Salas, 35, of the 1300 block of Ridgewood Drive, Highland Park, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration after being stopped by police in the 1500 block of Green Bay Road, Highland Park. Salas was released on bond with a court date of March 28.

Geronimo Martinez-Macias, 27, of the 4200 block of Hickory Hills Drive, Waukegan, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, and improper lane usage after being stopped by police in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park. Martinez-Macias was released on bond with a court date of March 28.
Vicente Perez-Rodriguez, 26, of the 900 block of Washington Park, Waukegan, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage after being stopped by police in the 2100 block of Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park. Perez-Rodriguez was released on bond with a court date of April 11.
Victor Hugo Joya-Lozano, 27, of the 300 block of Bloom Street, Highland Park, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and improper turn after being stopped by police in the 1700 block of Green Bay Road, Highland Park. Joya-Lozano was released on bond with a court date of April 11.
Ignacio Ortiz-Castillo, 28, of the 600 block of Walnut Street, Highland Park, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, improper use of registration and uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped by police near the intersection of Clavey Road and Green Bay Road, Highland Park. Ortiz-Castillo was released on bond with a court date of April 11.
Samuel Hardison, 35, of the 11300 block of South Parnell, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and improper use of registration after being stopped by police in the 3400 block of Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park. Hardison was released on bond with a court date of March 28.
Driving while license revoked
Carmelo Pena-Serrano, 37, of the 800 block of Edgewood Road, Highland Park, was arrested and charged with driving while license revoked after being stopped by police near the intersection of Park Avenue and Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park. Pena-Serrano was released on bond with a court date of March 14.
Driving under the influence
Jillian Johnsen, 29, of the 1700 block of West 100th Street, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, uninsured motor vehicle, open transportation of alcohol, obstructing traffic and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped by police who responded to a driving complaint in the 100 block of Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park. Johnsen was released on bond with a court date of March 23.
Criminal trespass to property
Katherine Anderson, 27, of the 1600 block of Green Bay Road, Highland Park, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass to property after police located her on the property of 1700 St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park after previously being served a no trespass order. Anderson was released on bond with a court date of April 11.
Police are investigating the report of a criminal damage to property. It was reported that cars and a house were egged and other food products and trash were thrown in the yard and on the driveway sometime overnight in the 2900 block of Priscilla Avenue, Highland Park. A similar incident was noted in the 800 block of Woodleigh Avenue, Highland Park with no damage reported.
