Patch takes a look at local happenings in and around Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills.

A quick look at what's happening in Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills today:
- It's Tuesday, which means you can stop by Talley's Kitchen + Bar in downtown Clarendon Hills and get yourself a $10 steak frites. The steak-and-fries deal is only open to those who dine in.
- Speaking of downtown Clarendon Hills, the village's Downtown Master Plan Design Subcommittee meets Tuesday night at Village Hall. The meeting begins at 7 p.m.
- The Hinsdale Board of Trustees meets Tuesday night at 6 p.m. for a special closed-session meeting regarding "appointment, employment compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees or legal counsel." With village manager Dave Cook's last day in Hinsdale being this Friday, might this have to do with his successor?
- Over in Burr Ridge, Lord Stanley returns! The Stanley Cup is going to be at Capri once again for a private party from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.,according to Burr Ridge Mayor Mickey Straub. "The plan is to have it be visible from the patio out front," Straub said in his Friday Wrap. "If you’re around, we ask everybody to be respectful of others and orderly, since it got a little crazy the first time."
