4-Story Clarendon Hills Condo Building Not on Thursday Agenda
The Clarendon Hills Plan Commission will not yet act on the proposal that got little support last month.

The agenda for Thursday night's Clarendon Hills Plan Commission meeting does not include action on a proposal for a four-story condo building at Prospect and Park avenues.
See the agenda here.
The development was discussed by the commission at its June meeting. Four of six commissioners voiced concern with the project because of issues including its size and lack of retail space.

Clarendon Hills director of community development Dan Ungerleider said property owner Mike Van Zandt has not formally filed an application with the village. The plan commission won't take action until he does.
Ungerleider said Van Zandt is free to modify his proposal before applying to accommodate any commissioner feedback.
Thursday night's Clarendon Hills Zoning Board of Appeals/Plan Commission meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.
