Central Students Charged After Fight, Bike Theft Reported: Police Blotter

Hinsdale police reports, May 21-28.

THURSDAY, MAY 23

Playing Hardball

A 15-year-old male from Burr Ridge and a 16-year-old male from Willowbrook were charged with fighting after police say they fought in the Hinsdale Central gym at 7:50 a.m. while playing basketball before school.

Both were referred to Peer Jury.

TUESDAY, MAY 21

Unlocked Bike Stolen

A complainant reported that his $150 bike was stolen while it sat on the walkway near the soccer field at Monroe School, 210 N. Madison St., at 6 p.m. May 16, police said.

The bike was not locked at the time it went missing.
