Sex Offender Map 2015: Homes to Watch in Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills This Halloween

Before children go trick-or-treating on Halloween, now is a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood.

Hinsdale has one registered sex offender, according to the Illinois Sex Offender Registry. Clarendon Hills has two registered offenders, both of whom are sexual predators.

Burr Ridge also has two registered sex offenders, both sexual predators, and Darien has nine offenders, with seven sexual predators. Two additional sex offenders of Darien are listed as ”Out of State.”

Registered sex offenders are not allowed to pass out candy on Halloween. They may not appear in a Halloween costume or other child-centered holiday character, such as Santa or the Easter Bunny, in public. However, registered sex offenders may wear Halloween costumes in their homes, according to the Illinois Sex Offender Registry.

Roll your cursor over the flags and click, and you will see more information pop up, including the registered sex offender’s name, address, current age, convictions, and the age of the offender and victim at the time of the offense.

You may want to avoid trick-or-treating at these houses and apartments on Halloween or simply be aware of who’s living in your neighborhood year-round.
