Woman Refuses To Leave Hinsdale Hospital, Faces Charge: Cops
In another case, a woman said her tablet was stolen when she was discharged from the hospital, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the reports:
Powdery residue
- A 63-year-old Downers Grove woman was arrested about 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Hinsdale hospital, 120 N. Oak St., on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Police were called because the woman refused to leave the hospital. Officers said they found the woman had a plastic baggie containing a straw with a white powdery residue. She was released and given a date to appear in court.

- A woman told police Friday that her tablet was stolen from her personal belongings on Nov. 20 when she was discharged from Hinsdale hospital, 120 N. Oak St.
Broken window
- Someone damaged a window of a woman's car outside her house between noon Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Columbia Avenue.
DUI

- A 28-year-old Clarendon Hills woman who lives in the 200 block of Middaugh Road was arrested shortly after midnight Saturday on charges of DUI, disobeying a stop sign and driving an uninsured car. She declined to be tested for her blood-alcohol content. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
