2023 Football Schedule Released For Lockport Township High School
Lockport's first game of the season is Aug. 25 against Plainfield North.
LOCKPORT, IL — With the approach of the start of the school year, high school football season will also soon begin. A nine-game regular season will run through the end of October before the postseason culminates with state championship games scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 24-25 at Illinois State University, according to IHSA.
Lockport Township High School is a part of the Southwest Suburban conference, which includes schools like Homewood-Flossmoor, Bolingbrook, Lincoln-Way East and Sandburg.

- Sept. 1, 7:15 p.m., at Wheaton North
- Sept. 8, 6:30 p.m., Naperville Central at home
- Sept. 15, 7:30 p.m., at Sandburg
- Sept. 22, 7:30 p.m., at Bradley-Bourbonnais
- Sept. 29, 6:30 p.m., Lincoln-Way East at home
- Oct. 6, 6:30 p.m., Andrew at home
- Oct. 13, 7 p.m., at Bolingbrook
- Oct. 20, 6:30 p.m., Homewood-Flossmoor at home
Lockport is coached by George Czart, and the team went 5-5 last season.
