The community is encouraged to donate new or gently-used coats, hats, gloves and scarves.

HOMER GLEN, IL — State Representative Patrick Sheehan has announced the launch of a Winter Coat Drive to help ensure that families in need across the community stay warm during the cold months ahead, according to a news release from his office.

“Winter can be especially difficult for families struggling to make ends meet,” said Rep. Sheehan. “This coat drive is a simple way for our community to come together and provide warmth, comfort, and dignity to our neighbors in need.”

The community is encouraged to donate new or gently-used coats, hats, gloves and scarves. All items collected will be distributed to local residents who need them most this winter.
