St. Patrick's Day Themed Igloos Offered At Homer Glen Creamery

HOMER GLEN, IL — If you love all things sweet, the Creamery in Homer Glen is offering a special St. Patrick's Day experience for customers.

The Creamery, 15112 S. Bell Road, will offer a St. Patrick's Day package in its heated igloos, Marketing Manager Victoria Sisk told Patch.

Sisk said the Creamery offered Valentine's themed igloos and had a great response from guests.

The St. Patrick's Day themed igloos will run all month, and feature a new themed menu as well. Special menu items include "Irish nachos" which are five scoops of ice cream (brown butter bourbon, green mint chip, Oreo, green mint grasshopper and chocolate topped marshmallow) on waffle cones.

There are also special sundaes, like the "Over the Rainbow" which includes Superman ice cream and marshmallow drizzle, whipped cream, fruit loops, sour candy ropes, topped with an ice cream sandwich.

The St. Patrick's Day package is also offered at the Creamery's New Lenox and Manhattan locations, Sisk said.
