The Township has been notified by residents that someone is going door-to-door and asking for their property offer packets. This person is not a representative of the Township! We advise everyone to come directly to the Township office, located at 14350 W. 151st Street, and have the Township office make copies of your offer letters and packets (we can redact any information you request). Our attorney has asked me to obtain copies of any letters or offers for properties on 143rd Street. Please bring them to the Homer Township Office so we can scan and email them to the attorney. Our address is 14350 W. 151st Street.
The lawsuit has been filed, and the project should be at a complete stop.
