UPDATE: Cockatiel Found Perched Atop Homewood Garage
Please help us try to locate the owner of this missing bird found near Homewood Shores Condominiums.
UPDATE: Spike, the found cockatiel, was reunited with his owner. Thanks again to Rachel, Taryn and Kerry for all their help in getting the two reacquainted.

A cockatiel was found Saturday evening perched atop a garage in the 800 block of
Elder Road in Homewood.
A vigilant reader noticed the bird matched the description of Frankie, the missing cockatiel, and notified us of her findings around 5 p.m.
Unfortunately, the bird was not a match, but Frankie's owner was able to call the bird over anyhow. It's now in her safekeeping, for the time being.
