HOMEWOOD-FLOSSMOOR, IL —There's never a boring moment at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. Here are the highlights and deadlines you need to know for this week.
Two-time Olympian Seun Adigum, a member of the first Olympic bobsled team from Africa, visits students at the end of the day Wednesday.
H-F administrators and board members hold a community coffee hour Thursday at 6 p.m. in the South Building TLC.

Also on Thursday, the Viking girls basketball team face Mother McAuley at 7 p.m. at Thornwood H.S. at the IHSA Sectional Final. The student fan bus leaves from the North Building parking lot at 6:15 p.m. Students need permission slips and $9 game admission by 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Finally, Saturday: Turnabout! The Winter Wonderland dance is from 8 to 11 p.m. at Tuscany Falls in Mokena. Deadline for tickets is Thursday. They are $30 apiece.
