Homewood's Fall Fest Back For 21st Year With Eats, Tunes, Family Fun

HOMEWOOD, IL — A town favorite returns for its 21st year, with Homewood's Fall Fest set to be held Saturday, Sept. 23.

The Village of Homewood invites residents and visitors to the heart of downtown on Martin Avenue between Ridge and Hickory roads, from 12 to 9 p.m. to enjoy food, live music, a local artisan vendors fair, and family-friendly activities. Artisans will sell various crafts and artwork. Alcohol will also be available for purchase.

Kids activities include interactive games, face painting, a rock climbing wall, open sidewalk chalking and more. The Kids Korner will feature a craft called Yarn Magic which is sponsored by the Homewood Science Center.

A chili cook-off is also open for entries. The entry form is available online.

Admission and parking are free for the duration of the event.
