La Voute Holds Blarney Bar Crawl Fundraiser For Humane Society

HOMEWOOD, IL — Bring out your inner Irish and raise a few dollars (and maybe a glass) for the South Suburban Humane Society at La Voute Bistro's Blarney bar crawl.

Those who donate supplies for the new shelter will receive $5 off the $30 tickets to the event. The fee gets you in to the event, and covers one drink ticket and an engraved Guinness glass.

The new shelter's biggest needs are:

• Liquid dish soap
• Paper towels
• HE liquid laundry detergent Purina Puppy Chow, Dog Chow, Kitten Chow, Cat Chow
• Office supplies (8 1/2 x 11 copy paper, paper clips, staplers, pens, etc.)

The bar crawl will be held from 12 to 3 p.m., Sun., March 17 at LaVoute Bistro 2034 Ridge Road.
