Man, 18, With Loaded Handguns, Ski Mask Arrested In Homewood Store: PD

The man was seen in a business in the 18200 block of Halsted in Homewood, police said.

HOMEWOOD, IL — Homewood police in the early morning hours Friday arrested a man spotted wearing a ski mask and carrying a gun inside a business, officials said.

Officers were called to the business in the 18200 block of Halsted at 2:24 a.m. Police found the man and then discovered two loaded firearms and a ski mask in his backpack, police said.

The 18-year-old male was taken into custody and later charged with two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
