Man Threatened Victim At Court Hearing, Had Drugs: Police

Police arrested Antoine Mathew on Jan. 4 at village hall after being accused of threatening a person in court while in possession of drugs.

HOMEWOOD, IL— A 33-year-old Chicago man was arrested after police said he threatened someone at a court hearing while in possession of drugs.

Antoine Mathew was arrested on Jan. 4 at Village Hall and is facing two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of assault and criminal trespassing on state-supported property and one count of resisting a peace officer.

Police told Patch Mathew had drugs on him when he was taken into custody which he didn't tell officers about prior.
