Police Raid Terrace Ave Home [Update]
Both the front door and windows were blown out after police raided a home at the intersection of Ashland and Terrace.
2:30 p.m.
Multiple neighbors have reported, independently, hearing loud explosions during the raid this morning. We are also hearing unverified reports that the same house has been subject to similar raids before.
are still refusing to comment, however, a press release is in the works, according to a secretary at the station.

raided a home on the 1500 block of Terrace Ave around 6 a.m. this morning.

It appears police used forced entry to get into the home as the front door has been completely removed and is splintered near the lock and handle. The three large glass window panes along the front side of the house have all been shattered.
We are hearing unverified reports of a drug bust, but Homewood police have yet to comment.
