I was exiting Fresh Starts after a lunch meeting Wednesday afternoon when I bumped into a friend who was enjoying an iced coffee at Sweet Annie's Bakery's outdoor cafe.
"Did you hear they have (cream-filled sponge cakes) now?" Vicki asked me.
I had to check it out. Sure enough, a platter of Twinkie replicas sat on a platter in the display case. While Annie's treat may lack the classic brand name, it's way tastier.
