Vehicle Stickers In Homewood Can Be Bought Online This Year

Car owners will need to enter the pin entered on the application sent in the mail.

HOMEWOOD, IL — Vehicle stickers for those who own a car registered in the village of Homewood can buy them online beginning this year. Those who have been sent an application for renewal will need to enter the pin provided on the application to make the purchase online. This option is new this year, according to an email newsletter from the village of Homewood.

Vehicle sticker purchases will remain available at Homewood Village Hall, but village officials are urging residents to either take the online option or leave their payment in the drop box outside the south doors of Village Hall.

New Homewood residents and those registering new cars need to download this application before visiting Village Hall. Village Hall reopened at the start of June, with regular hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. The 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. hour on those days are designated for senior citizens and residents with disabilities.

Applications can also be mailed in with the payment to Village Hall, 2020 Chestnut Road Homewood, IL 60430.

The deadline to have the sticker affixed to the windshield of all cars registered in Homewood is July 31.
