JOLIET, IL — A 37-year-old Joliet woman who lives near Black Road, Christina Wolfer, has been released from the Will County Jail after the Will County State's Attorney's Office of Jim Glasgow opted not to file a petition to keep her detained under the SAFE-T-Act.
