The location is expected to bring approximately 30 new jobs to the Joliet area, offering competitive pay and benefits.

JOLIET, IL — Cullinan Properties issued a press release announcing on Tuesday morning that Chipotle Mexican Grill will celebrate the grand opening of its newest Joliet location at Rock Run Collection on Wednesday, December 10. A ribbon cutting will take place at 10:15 a.m., with the restaurant opening to the public at 10:30 a.m. at 1351 Shale Road, Joliet.
The new Chipotle features a modern restaurant design and a convenient Chipotlane drive-thru pick up lane for digital orders. The location is expected to bring approximately 30 new jobs to the Joliet area, offering competitive pay and benefits. Chipotle, a multinational fast-casual restaurant brand, is known for its made-to-order bowls, burritos, and tacos prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Chipotle joins the already-open Hollywood Casino Joliet, which has exceeded opening projections, and The View at Rock Run Collection, upscale apartments currently leasing. The new restaurant will serve the growing number of current and future residents and visitors who will live, stay, dine, shop, and play at this super-regional destination. Future neighbors will include Drury Hotel, Chick-fil-A, Ricky Rockets, and many more to come.
