Chipotle Opens In Joliet: 3 More Fast-Food Restaurants Coming To Rock Run Collection Sooner Than Later
The new Chipotle Mexican Grill opened Wednesday morning in Joliet across the street from the new Hollywood Casino Joliet.

JOLIET, IL — Joliet Chamber of Commerce vice president Mike Paone and city of Joliet officials Paulina Martinez and Rosemaria DiBenedetto joined Diane Cullinan Oberhelman, chairwoman of Cullinan Properties and Hollywood Casino Joliet general manager Ruben Warren, for Wednesday's grand opening celebration for Joliet's latest Chipotle Mexican Grill.
During her brief remarks to the audience gathered inside the Chipotle, Martinez let everyone know she was thrilled to see the addition of another Chipotle for Joliet, remaking that it's one of her favorite restaurants.
"Chipotle is a powerful addition to Rock Run Collection and another strong step forward as the site continues to gain momentum," Diane Cullinan announced. "With Hollywood Casino now open, residential leasing underway and more dining, hospitality and retail on the horizon, this opening reflects the real, visible progress happening across the property.

In addition to Chipotle, the next restaurant groundbreaking may take place in January for the Chick-fil-A that will be built on adjacent land to the Chipotle. At Wednesday's event, Cullinan representatives informed Joliet Patch that there will also be a Culver's restaurant going in nearby and a fourth yet-to-be disclosed restaurant will also be built, allowing Rock Run Collections to have a group of four well-known and established national restaurant brands at the I-55 Seil Road exit for Joliet.
