Halloween Store Stiffed Distributor On $23K Bill: Lawsuit

A Halloween store stiffed a New York seasonal import business out of more than $23,000, according to a lawsuit filed in Will County court.

Easter Unlimited Inc. of Carle Place, NY, sued the Seasonal Sales Group, which was doing business last year as Halloween Warehouse, the lawsuit said.

Seasonal Sales Group operates out of an office on South Larkin Avenue, according to court papers.

Leading up to last Halloween, Seasonal Sales Group ordered and received $23,186.75 worth of merchandise, the lawsuit said, then never paid for it.
