'I Got Stuck By A Bridge In Joliet, Illinois' T-Shirts Are Restocked At Joliet Historical Museum
Joliet's Area Historical Museum has announced on Facebook that "we are restocked."

JOLIET, IL — At times, living and driving through Joliet can be a miserable experience and don't let your friends and acquaintances from other towns tell you otherwise. Thankfully, the Joliet Area Historical Museum has found a clever way to inject some humor into one of the most frustrating experiences of all about Joliet: those dreaded drawbridges.
Joliet Patch first wrote about the museum's "I Got Stuck By A Bridge In Joliet, Illinois" commemorative T-shirts last Christmas season. A lot of people purchased them and now with the Cass Street Bridge closed for an entire year, it's time for more people to buy one of these T-shirts to show your pride — or disgust — with Joliet.
At a September Joliet City Council meeting, city manager Beth Beatty indicated that Cass Street Bridge will be out of service until late 2026 or possibly the spring of 2027 for repairs.
