Joliet Mom 'Just A Wonderful Person' Who Would Do Anything For Family

JOLIET, IL— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your Mom extra special?

She makes sure all her kids have every and anything they need or want! Especially her two grandchildren. There's nothing my mother would not do for her kids and her family! She has a sweet heart, even with everything she has been through—she still makes it happen. She’s always there when nobody else is! She’s just a wonderful person.

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

She just such an amazing person. She’ll break her back for her family! She’s been through a lot throughout her life, and I feel that as much stuff she’s been through, she still makes it happen for her family no matter what. That’s why I believe my mother deserves the spotlight.
