JOLIET, IL— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

She is the most kind person I ever known, always helping those who need help, not only in our family, other people outside the family as well. She is the foundation of our family, the best mother and a great human being.
Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?
She is simply the best mom and grandma! She deserves recognition, she always keeps going forward and never gives up, loves to help and sees the best in people.
