Man Says He Fell in the Shower at Harrah's Hotel, So He's Suing

A man claiming he fell in the shower at the Harrah’s hotel is suing.

Willie Miller fell in the shower a year and a half ago, according to his lawsuit, and “suffered great pain and anguish.”

While Miller was staying at the downtown Joliet hotel, he decided to take a shower, the lawsuit said.

There was a “slippery and greasy substance on the floor of the shower, the lawsuit said, and Miller apparently did not realize it was there until it was too late.
