Man Spinning Doughnuts in Mall Parking Lot Runs Down 1 Man, Hits 2 Cars: Cops
The doughnut man and his father may have been beaten after a west side bar closed for the night, police said.

A driver spinning doughnuts in a Louis mall parking lot ran over one man and crashed into two cars early Monday morning, police said.
Police were reportedly sent out to Anthony’s bar shortly after 2:30 a.m. to break up a large fight.
About the same time, a police sergeant stopped a Mercury Marquis as it was driving away from the area. While the sergeant was detaining the driver — 43-year-old Ricardo Guerrero — his son, Ricardo Guerrero Jr., 26, pulled up in a Pontiac GTO.

A witness then reportedly told officers that Guerrero Jr. had been doing doughnuts in the parking lot across from Anthony’s. While he was performing his vehicular tricks, Guerrero Jr. hit one man who tumbled over his car, police said, and also struck two other vehicles. The witness also reportedly claimed he had to leap out of the way when Guerrero Jr.’s GTO was bearing down on him or else he would have been hit too.
Officers had both Guerrero’s Marquis and his son’s GTO towed away, despite the two men insisting they had been beaten and were simply trying to escape, police said.

The elder Guerrero’s face was bleeding and he may have suffered a broken nose, police said. He was taken to Presence St. Joseph Medical Center. The 26-year-old man his son allegedly ran down was also taken to St. Joe’s.
Guerrero Jr. reportedly told officers he had been struck in the eye and that his vision was blurry. He was taken to St. Joseph’s as well, and then transported to the Will County jail.
On top of everything else, a 33-year-old woman complained to the police that she injured her knee in the fracas.
