CREST HILL, IL —Feathered Fork issued a press release on Monday announcing that they have officially opened at 20631 W Renwick Road "bringing an elevated chicken joint with global comfort food influences to the southwest suburbs."

The new concept joins JH Hospitality Group, the Aurora-based team behind Touché French Creole and Giardino Trattoria and Pizzeria. Feathered Fork fills the vacancy created at the end of January when the Jitterhead Breakfast Brunch and Coffee announced it had served its last meal. Jitterhead had replaced the Crusade Burger II, which never captured the same success as its original location for Crusade Burger in Yorkville along the Fox River.

“Feathered Fork was created to give Crest Hill a dining experience that feels both familiar and brand-new,” said Kurtis. “We took comfort food and elevated every detail: the flavors, the vibe, the hospitality. This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a place where the community can gather, feel welcomed, and enjoy food made with real craft and soul.”

The momentum behind Feathered Fork builds on the success of JH Hospitality Group’s other restaurants. Touché French Creole has become a regional destination for French Creole cuisine, and weekend brunch. Giardino Trattoria and Pizzeria, located in the historic Hobbs Building in Downtown Aurora, is known for its handmade pasta, and Neapolitan-style pizzas.

Feathered Fork now brings that same creative spirit to Crest Hill. The restaurant offers a full bar, late-night menu, and a cuisine that blends approachable comfort with global influence.

According to its website, Feathered Fork is now open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
