Party Ends for Plainfield Man Who Allegedly Refused to Leave Joliet Bash
The night took a turn for a local party enthusiast.

The party was officially over early Sunday for a Plainfield man who police say refused to leave a Joliet soirée.
Robert Soreng, Jr., 34, faces one count each of disorderly conduct, obstructing justice, resisting and officer and aggravated assault, according to a WSPYNews report. Charges stem from a house party in the 6500 block of Klingel Lane, where Soreng — a stranger to the hosts — had arrived around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
"After drinking and partying, Soreng was asked to leave several times, which he refused," the WSPYNews article said. " ... (Police) said that several male subjects had to physically remove Soreng from the party, though (Joliet) Deputy Chief (Ed) Gregory added that Soreng continued to come back to the home on Klingel Lane to party before the police were finally called."
