Wedding Incident On East Side Lands Joliet Man In Will County Jail For 3 Days: Police
Joliet's officers responded to a residence in the 900 block of Vine Street for a report of a domestic disturbance.

JOLIET, IL — A 38-year-old Joliet man from the 900 block of Vine Street spent three days in the Will County Jail following his arrest over the weekend by Joliet police on domestic battery charges.
Just before 1 a.m. on Sunday, the officers responded to the house of Carmen Felix-Trifundio on Vine Street for a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, the officers learned that Felix-Trifundio allegedly struck a 16-year-old boy in the face while attending a wedding on Joliet’s east side, the arrest report showed.
Later on, everyone returned back to Felix's house on Vine Street, including Felix, who was placed into custody without incident. He was processed at the Joliet Police Department and transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

On Tuesday, just before 2 a.m., Will County's corrections guards opened the doors for their facility and let Felix go home, the jail logs indicate.
