Bakery Opens In Downtown La Grange

LA GRANGE, IL – A bakery opened a couple of weeks ago in downtown La Grange, owned by a couple who got their start in a Chicago bakery.
On Oct. 16, Erik and Maree Hecimovich opened the doors to Bellbird Bakeshop at 15 W. Harris Ave
They have 25 years of combined experience in the business, according to Bellbird's website. The site includes information about their education and previous jobs.

"Our mission is to blend our extensive experience and passion for baking with the warmth and joy of family life to create exceptional, handcrafted delights," they said on the website.
Their products include a French-based baked good known as viennoiserie, pastries, bread, cakes and coffee.
