Breakfast Eatery Opens In La Grange Park

LA GRANGE PARK, IL – Jimmy Bagel's opened its doors on Wednesday at 716 E. 31st St. in La Grange Park.

In a Facebook post, the restaurant referred to the first day as a "soft opening." That means the eatery kept the opening low-key.

"The crowd exceeded our expectations, and now we know we'll need to make more bagels going forward," the restaurant said. "We are still hiring cashiers, cooks, and a couple other positions."

The business has sold its products previously without a brick-and-mortar presence.
