Brookfield Zoo Welcomes Baby Angolan Colobus Monkey
The baby monkey, born on March 9, can be seen with its mom in the Tropic World: Africa exhibit.
Angolan colobus monkey Olivia became a mama March 9 when she welcomed a baby at the Brookfield Zoo.
The baby, who has not yet been named, is the first monkey of this species to be born at the zoo, according to a news release.
Guests can visit mama and baby at the Tropic World: Africa exhibit. While the baby's fur is all white now, its coat will turn black and white as it matures.
