Chimera's Comics Opens to (Hulk) Smashing Success

The busy owners greeted customers on their opening day and handed out free comic books.

, 19 S. La Grange Rd., opened to a packed store today, which was perfectly fine with the owners.

"Sorry if I'm a bit crazy," said owner Carmelo Chimera as he greeted customers at the door. "We've been really busy all day."

Steve Brown and Carmelo Chimera, owners of Chimera's Comics, celebrated the 10th Annual Free Comic Book Day today with free comics and the opening of their new comic shop in downtown La Grange.

This dynamic duo has big plans for their store in the months to come, including art classes, film discussions and even introducing their very own comic book to the La Grange masses.
