Investigators recovered drug paraphernalia, tools for preparing cannabis for sale and 70 grams of cannabis, which were packaged for delivery.

The narcotics investigation began in 2014, and it isn't yet complete. More arrests related to this one may be made in the next several months, Riverside Police Chief Thomas Weitzel said.
"This arrest and search warrant will have a significant impact on the sale of cannabis in the Riverside-Brookfield area," Weitzel said in a statement. "Mr. Dokousian was selling to Riverside-Brookfield High School students for over two years. He was supplying the majority of the cannabis to students who would come to a window in the rear basement of his home where the transaction would take place.”
None of the drug transactions related to this operation took place on school grounds, police reported.
Dokousian’s criminal history includes theft, drugs, assault and traffic charges. He was arrested in October 2015 by Elmwood Park Police for the manufacture and delivery of cannabis.
