What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?: To continue to support Park District improvements and better serve the community.

Current Occupation and Employer: retired small business owner for 53 years

Political Party Affiliation: endorsed by the La Grange Park Caucus

Why are you seeking office?: Having served as a La Grange Park Trustee I wish to continue serving the community.

What sets you apart from the other candidates (if applicable)?: 53 year successful businessman -- former La Grange Park Trustee - as a retired resident I have ample time and dedication to devote to the position.

What are the other issues you plan to address in this position, and how?: 21% of La Grange Park residents are over 65 years of age (almost twice the Cook County average). I would like to explore opportunities to involve more of these people in additional programs and day trips. I believe the parks are primarily for our children and young adults, however, increased opportunities for seniors might have a broader community benefit.
