Join the LaGrange Park Business Association for its first annual La Grange Park Bike Fest! It is scheduled for Saturday June 11, from 9:00 am to 11;00 am. The Village Market, in the parking lot behind Panera, will become the Bike Fest fairgrounds, full of local residents and their bike riding kids! But, you won’t need a bike to participate in the festivities! The plan is to bring community families together with local businesses to encourage the safe use of bikes for exercise and transportation. It’s a festival centered around kids, to launch the summer bike riding season. Riders can get a free bike tune-up, safety instruction, register their bike and more! There’ll even be an obstacle course for tykes on bikes. It’s a festival with games and face painting, crafts projects and lots of activities for a beautiful summer morning. Take your chances on the New Bike Raffle with 100 Free T-shirts for raffle participants. Don’t miss it.It’s going to be a great time to spend with your kids and neighbors! Don’t bike?
