Sunday, Aug. 4
Unruly Passengers
People in a red four-door car were yelling at a woman while dragging garbage cans around 9:51 p.m. near the intersection of Kensington and Maple, police said. Officers were unable to locate the car.
Partiers Leave Trash in Park
A woman said that kids have been hanging out in Waiola Park in the evening and hiding beer in the bushes, police said. Officers put a special watch on the park. The woman and her neighbor helped clean up beer cans and broken glass. (Editor’s note: Thank you for cleaning up!)

Suspended, Revoked Driver's License
Shunda Johnson, 21, of the 5500 block of South Wabash Avenue in Chicago, was arrested around 1:18 a.m. near the intersection of La Grange and Cossitt, police said. He was charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Strange Man in Yard
A man told police another man was pacing back and forth in his front yard around 6:11 a.m. in the 200 block of East Avenue, possibly under the influence of drugs, police said. Officers found the man and took him home.
Saturday, Aug. 3
Fight on East
About eight subjects were involved in a fight around 11:30 p.m. in the 300 block of East Avenue, police said.
Suspended, Revoked Driver's License
Ygnacio Romo, 41, of the 12400 block of South Laflin Street in Calumet Park, was arrested around 8:28 a.m. near the intersection of La Grange and Ogden, police said. He was charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Friday, Aug. 2
Kids Climb Fountain
A group of kids were told to stop climbing on the downtown fountain around 8:16 p.m., police said.
Hypodermic Needles Found Downtown
A man found hypodermic needles under a tree in the 0-99 block of South La Grange Road, police said. The needles were gone when officers arrived, possibly picked up by a cleaning crew.
No License
Angel Manuel Colon, 54, of the 300 block of Bluff in La Grange, was arrested around 10:46 a.m. in the 0-99 block of South La Grange Road, police said. He was charged with driving without a license.
Thursday, Aug. 1
Man Follows Woman
A woman said a man in a grey sweatshirt and jeans followed her to every store she went to in downtown La Grange, police said. Officers could not locate the man but made sure the woman got home safely.
Cell Phone Thrown in Yard
Someone ran by a house in the 600 block of 9th and threw a cell phone on the lawn around 8:07 p.m., police said.
Graffiti, Flipped Porta-Potty at Gurrie
Gang graffiti was found on the sidewalk and a porta-potty was tipped over outside Gurrie Middle School, police said.
