La Grange-Area Nonprofit Names New Leader
She is replacing a chief executive who served for nearly two decades.

COUNTRYSIDE, IL – A new chief executive has been named for Countryside-based Pillars Community Health.
Lisa LoBianco began her tenure last week. She is expected to work alongside the current CEO, Angela Curran, who is retiring Nov 21.
LoBianco has served for more than two decades in community health leadership. She was most recently the chief operating officer at Chicago Family Health Center.

"Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to advancing equitable, high-quality health care that strengthens individuals, families, and communities," LoBianco said in Pillars' news release.
Curran headed Pillars for 18 years. The organization credited her with several achievements, including:

- Guiding a merger that expanded services.
- Leading the group through the pandemic.
- Overseeing the remodeling of Constance Morris House, which helps domestic violence survivors.
- Expanding health and social service offerings.
- Opening a new integrated health center.
“Angela has been a steady and strategic leader whose impact on Pillars Community Health will be felt for years to come,” Alexandra Normington, Pillars' board chairwoman, said in the news release.
